New flashes, a sudden increase in floaters, a shadow or curtain, or sudden loss of vision need urgent assessment. Phone 02 9424 9999 directly. If the clinic is closed or you cannot be seen promptly, attend your nearest emergency department.
Help in your language
VEI offers a free Chinese Patient Liaison service for patients attending its Sydney clinics, with support in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
Call (02) 9052 1886 for appointment bookings and enquiries. You can leave a voicemail outside business hours.
You can request the liaison to translate during your appointment or surgical booking. This translation service must be booked in advance and may be provided in person or by video conference.
All bookings and arrangements are made through VEI.
